My Epson WK-3640 is giving me the 0x9a error. There is no paper jam or debris inside. It was printing perfectly before only with a message that the yellow cartridge was low. I just turned it on to print and got this message, the carriage is not moving and when I opened it to try to manually move the carriage I notice a plastic piece sticking out in front and preventing movement. I do not kno why it is there now. How do I get to move? I have wiggled it but at no avail and I am afraid to push to hard and break something. Help!
