Epson 1400 clogged heads problem

Hi All, I have Epson Stylus photo 1400 with some generic ebay powered :) CIS, it was serving well for quite some time, now I have problem that some of jets are clogged.
I tied to use different approaches like soaking paper towel with Isopropyl + Windex solution placed under the head, injecting some into ink receptacle... nothing really cleans.
My last idea is to get empty CIS fill it with Iso + Windex solution and run few cleanup + Prints.... Am I too crazy?

Any ideas I can do?
