Until a few weeks ago my Epson 2800 was great. Now it comes up with an error that says "communication error. Check the connection". I've checked and redone a number of times that both ends are well connected...plugged and unplugged, restarted computer and printer and nothing. I CAN print something off my computer so there obviously is a connection but it won't scan something from the printer to save on my computer. How can I get my scanner working again? Please explain in detail in simple terms that a "layperson" can understand. Thank you
