Epson 4200 jamming and damaging paper often

Hello
At this point, an edge of most sheets is a bit grunched, at the least. Appears the mechanism grabs the top left of the page first, pulls it in crooked.
Today it actually tore a hole in a page.
I have tightened up the side holders on the feed. Paper, if I'm looking at the right wrapper, seems to be Hammermill 20#.
No further ideas.

Is this common? Common in this model?
Does it need a part? (I don't know whether it is in or out of warranty.)

I can post pix of resultant pages if it's helpful.

TIA

Your printer's paper feed issues causing crunched edges and torn pages may be resolved by checking for obstructions verifying paper quality adjusting side holders inspecting rollers and updating firmware drivers. If problems persist and the printer is under warranty contact customer support for potential free repairs or parts replacement.
Reach out with documented pictures for assistance.
