Epson 4870 Perfection PHOTO

I have 2 Pc's 1 has windows 7 and the other windows 10.
Neither can find the driver for the Epson 4870 Perfection PHOTO.
Epson itself has been no help at all. I've tried various other things and nothing works yet.
Can't even find the driver on-line to download.
