I have an Epson Aculaser C1100
Win 7 32 bit
IE 11
When I try to print a DL envelope, it is not listed in paper types. There are 3 envelope types:

B5
C5
No DL
There seems to be quite a few paper types missing.
When I look at settings it says double sided printing is selected but cannot see how to cancel it. Not sure if this is the problem or if it's something else.
Please can someone help?
