Epson C2600 duplex installation

I have installed a duplex unit C12C802221 into my Epson Aculaser C2600 printer with a single paper tray. I have turned the Duplex option to ON in the menu on the printer itself.

Can I now print double sided? Do I need an extra tray or some other alternative attachment? There's still no option in my software to print double sided except manually.
