Love my Epson P600 printer. Following LiveChats on its various error messages and paper loading issues, my March 2017 was swapped with a refurbished replacement.

Since then, when trying to complete the process, every single person spoken to has given incorrect or misleading info and/or failed in firm promises made. This includes the Complaints Dept.

This is pretty much the first problem with Epson during my 30 years of products – anyone know how to get a decent service from them?
