Epson DFX-9000 Printing Large Text

I have successfully installed Epson DFX-9000 Printer on Win7 machine, printing directly from our SAP system. Recently, after a PC user profile change, the printer starts printing large text. Large text printout is about 300% larger than the expected font size. I have tried reinstalling drivers but still not resolved. I have also tried installing it on Win10 but same thing happened. I have tried installing other printer (Epson LQ-2190) and it was printing perfectly fine. Am I missing something here? This is so frustrating.

Try printing text using WORD or Word Pad or Note Pad (not through your SAP system).

Thanks for pointing that out, ruffin. Yes it does print correctly using Word or Notepad. I was almost convinced the issue was from SAP, but as I have also mentioned, SAP prints perfectly using another printer. Also, this issue was resolved before without changing anything from SAP. I am wondering why it keeps on recurring now.
