Epson ET – 4750 continually displays refill ink tanks

This started happening two or three months ago. I have filled the ink tanks, and reset the ink levels in the maintenance menu three times - the message keeps coming back.

Looks like they're admitting it will come on at random for whatever reason it wants. Are you able to print with it still on?
