I get horizontal lines when printing. I have cleaned the printer head using the maintenance facility many, many times but I still get the lines. I followed a video on how to clean the printer head manually and have done that - very gently, just using a cotton bud. The head looked clean. I am still getting the lines. What do I need to do, apart from drop kick the printer down the road?
