Epson ET 2700

Hi, I am looking for help with a Epson ET 2700 printer, It was given to me new in the box. I can not get it to charge the cartridges. Power it on and hold the ink charging button for 3 seconds and does nothing, Same with trying to set up the wireless. The only light on is the power light. Any Ideas? Thanks
