Epson ET-2710 / Sky Max Router connection

I've run out of ideas. Printer used to connect fine with our old BT router, but it just won't with the Sky. I have:
– restarted everythings numerous times
– turned off 5Ghz, so just 2.4 active
– checked it's set to WPA2
So, according to every fix listed on line, it should work. But no. Just won't connect.
Help!

Have you verified if the Sky router is on WPA3 or a WPA2/WPA3 mix? There are some Epson printers that struggle to connect when on a higher standard of wifi security even when using 2.4ghz
