Hello,

I have only had this printer for a few months and I'm finding that it jams a lot. I do a lot of printing and rely heavily on reliable printers. I absolutely love this printer. However, like I say, it jams a lot and I'm also finding that sometimes the blank ink leaks.
Has anyone experienced this and know's how to fix it? I'd rather not send it away for repair if I can help it because I desperately need my printer, it is used daily.

Looks like that printer does not have a paper tray, so paper is standing up when loaded in the back which could cause the ends to curl. Suggest try two things

1. Only put paper in it when getting ready to print.

2. Get a heavier paper. Most paper is 20 pound. Office Depot sells a ream of ink jet paper that is 24 lbs. The heavier paper may not curl as much which would help with jams
