Epson ET-3700: Turn printer off without requiring "OK" button?

When you press the Power on/off button on the printer, you are required to also press "OK". I suppose that this is to verify that you really want to turn the printer off.

Is there an option to override "OK" being required? If I want to turn the printer off, I want to turn the printer off and walk away. Not have to press two buttons to turn the print off.

Is there an option somewhere that I've missed that doesn't required the extra button push to turn the printer off? Kind of a pain...
