Hi, brand new here.
With 20lb paper my Paper tray feed grabs the paper, then the sheet tilts to the left, and then gets mangled right away as it tries to load.
If I use 24lb paper some of the sheets load and print but the leading edge will be damaged.
If I use 32lb paper more of the sheets make it through but every one of them will have 2 notches of damage on the leading edge.
I can't see anything obviously (to me) wrong with the machine.
This began happening right out of the box after initial setup which took 2 Power Cleaning cycles to get ink to the printhead. (Then I proceeded to do the Paper guide cleaning options for each of the 2 paper cassettes and Paper tray where I discovered this problem).
I would call Epson to try and get it replaced but would rather find a fix.
Anyone have ideas?
