Epson L3151 lost Wi-Fi connection

Hello. For some reason my Epson L3151 printer lost the Wi-Fi connection overnight. When running the Epson connection checker, the printer can't be found. When I run the printer setup program, I'm prompted to hold down the Wi-Fi button until the connection lights flash alternatively, but the printer does not respond to this. The printer doesn't print a network status page either. Also, when pushing the power button to turn the printer off, the power, WI-fi and ink lights flash together.

Any ideas? thanks
