Epson L355 Black Ink Issue

Hi I have cleaned the heads several times and done a total flush twice but still the black has gaps in some of the printing. The ink tanks are full and the other 3 colours are all ok done anyone have any ideas what the problem can be

did you clean it?
if not you can try a little hack, take a paper towel double it, and put it inside the printer, once that's done take some Windex and spray it with it, and then take head and slides until it sits on the paper towel.

leave it there for about two hours and then remove the paper towel and do an ink flush and the result in the test should be different.
