Epson L360 - No power after head clean manually.

Please help with my Epson L360. I tried to manual cleaning the head and after
i assembled and turning the power on. the power LED turned on and the printer
head shifted to resting position but after few seconds the printer shuts down
and cannot be turned back on anymore.

I check the power supply, i got 42.2V and 41.2V. check the flex cable ok
check the power switch button ok.

Please help.
