Epson l850 yellow 3 top nozzle print black

Hi friend,
I am using epson L850 printer after an ink change I am facing this problem that when I print a nozzle check then Epson l850 yellow 3 top nozzle print black instead of yellow I have changed the printer ink again but it same problem occurs again and again please any body can help me
