I just bought a P8000. One reason was because I was told you can have nozzle checks printed on a regular basis. One of the things that probably caused my 9900 head to die was from non-use, so this would have been very helpful. It states this in the Quick Reference manual as well. There is supposed to be an ACL Setting in the Menu-Printer Status tree which it says will do this, but there is not an ACL setting in the Menu tree as they describe it. A very sarcastic Tech Support person told me to call marketing about it because she didn't think the setting existed. Does anyone know what is going on?
