epson print layout wont load tiff

I've had this exact problem with EPL. It will not open most TIF / TIFF files, gives a vague, useless, "Image not loaded" error. I have a few TIF files it'll open, but looking at them with an EXIF tool, I don't see anything common to the ones that will or won't open.

Not being able to open TIF files is a *huge* miss.

Hi does anyone found a solution already? Mine just 0% Loading the image. Pfff ~

I set everything Grayscale or RGB with 8 or 16 bits/ channel. Nothing happened

I have that problem also.

Another thing is, it doesn't open my image at 100% and it is very small & I can't see exactly what it is. Is there a setting to change that?
