Epson R230 problem is Ink ligh & Jamp Ligth both alternative bliking

I am Md. Lotifur Rahman, Epson R230 printer uses 7 years, Recently my printer sent massage is nearest service center requested, but printing is ok, But after some times my printer Paper Jame Light & Ink Light both alternative bilking, At this time emergency printing solution. Please help me.
