Epson Stylus BX610FW stopped working

I have an Epson Stylus BX610FW. It always worked. Now I think there is a problem with the software. FAX, Bonjour, IP. None of them works. I tried to add new printers but nothing. I tried using the usb cable, but nothing even there. This happens with both mac and windows. Any idea? It works as a scanner.
