the printer was working ok, but has being sitting unused a while, was printing only in blue, new cartridges installed ink levels are now full but has stopped printing completely nozzles were cleaned and all the maintenance both on pc and on the printer was run to no effect, is this a software problem? or something more serious the printer is in almost new condition and was stored in a clean dry place within temperature norms for the device
