EPSON TM-U220 - Not sounding alerts when paper is low/empty

Hey team,

Currently have a trial EPSON TM-U220 printer deployed, which prints 2-ply for one of our kitchens. Typically, we use Bixolon SRP275III's for our 2-plys.

This EPSON printer has been reported as not sounding alarms for low paper/no paper. Typically our Bixolon's and every other thermal printer we've ever used, does in fact sound these alert.

Anyone know if you can configure these EPSON TM-U220's to sound alerts when paper is low/empty? Have not found anything in EPSON's technical guide for this.
