Personally I would say Canon as I have use them a lot.

canon is fast and its photo quality is good,epson is slower but has better photo quality

Epson is better as for me. It's more stylish and comfortable, plust prints quality is pretty good.

It depends on the model because both has unique features to explore. But currently, my printer is Epson.

For such a general, even vague, question, the only real reply would be ...
"it depends".

* What are your printing needs?
* Budget?
* Refilling or using OEM ink?

I'm mostly ignorant about Epson printers, and have several Canon inkjet printers.

My observation is that professionals who sell prints tend to use Epson printers with archival pigment ink.
