So my dad decided to save a few bucks by having his cartridges refilled at Costco. After re-inserting them into the printer, he's getting a message for Cyan saying that it needs to be replaced. We've tried restarting the computer, cleaning the cartridge but still the message appears. Anyone got a workaround to make the computer recognize this cartridge?
