Epson WF 2750 Not Printing After Computer Goes To Sleep.

I am a computer guy but not a printer guy and I need some help. This Epson WF-2750 prints great until you leave the printer and computer alone for hours. Once you do that and try to print, it will send the signal just like usual but the printer never prints (this is on usb connection). If you unplug the printer from power and plug it back on it will print just fine again until you let it go to sleep for hours again. Any ideas?
