Everything worked fine on this unit but recently I had to switch out the USB printer cable temporarily. Since then I cannot print through my computer. I can copy, but can't do anything with the printer if it has to go through the computer. Then, I purchased a new USB printer cable but the results were the same. I can copy but not print anything through the computer. Its like the USB printer cable is not even connected.
I am at a loss of what to do next.
