Epson WF-3520 print quality problem

I have an Epson Work Force 3520 all-in one printer.

When I print or scan from the auto document feeder I get a black line from the top of the page to the bottom. The line is just under 2 inches from the left side of the paper (as you look at the paper).

I have cleaned both glass surfaces and the rollers.

I called Epson support but they were unable to help.

Any suggestions?
