Epson WF-3640 blurred print ever 6 to 7 lines

On Excel or Word printouts, every 6th or 7th line is blurred. Printing from iPad Pro 12.9 with iOS 11.1. Have tried all recommended fixes; multiple print head cleaning, clean paper path, horizontal & vertical alignment, etc.

Did you end up finding a fix for this? Im having the same issue.
