Epson WF-3640 Ox97 paper jam error code

I have a 1 year + old printer that will print a few lines- then quit printing- just feeds the rest of the sheet out and gives an Ox97 error code-- saying to remove the paper jam and restart the printer. There is no paper jam anywhere, including the rear. I've been fighting this a couple of days now to no avail. Inks are full, both paper trays 1/2 full- NO extra paper jams hiding anywhere.
Any advice??? HELP!! :)
