Epson wf-3820 Doesn't like my Quickbooks checks

My new WF 3820 doesn't like my quickbooks checks that come 3 to a sheet. they always comeout skewed. I've tried using regular paper and it works fine and forget about wanting to print a partial page, it just jams and ruins the check. Suggestions? The printer is brand new by the way.

In printers Users Guide there is stated which paper media can be used with this printer - please check this and use correct paper. Otherwise printer may be broken
