Hi,
I'm pretty new to this and struggling with a few things.
#1 issue though is I've somehow managed to lock the printer to Photo Black, I'm trying to print and it keeps telling me I have the wrong cart installed. I have Matte Black installed as that's what I'd like to use.
If I go through the print driver options under "Printer Option and Information" the Photo Black is selected with no way of switching to Matte Black. Below it Option information has already been stored. Therefore, you do not need to enter any information".
I've attached a screenshot.
I'm pretty sure it's something dumb I've done, any help would be greatly appreciated.
