Hi as the title implies I've been having trouble with my WF 7520 ignoring my paper size and orientation. I've created a page size of 8.75 wide by 5.75 High using MS Word 2007 and checked the orientation to landscape. I then preview the document to verify that all is well. Then I got to my printer and defined the document as an envelope of 8.75 wide by 8.5 high and set the orientation again to landscape. But when I tell the printer to print and the preview window opens it shows the document in portrait orentation. I'm flummoxed because I'm pretty sure of got all the setting properly defined yet the printer somehow keeps changing things. What am I to do?
