EPSON WF-C869R Paper Jam Error

We keep encountering paper jam error even though there is no jammed paper. Please help on what parts to repair or replace. We already replaced the rollers, but the issue still persists. Please refer to the attached photo. The printer is EPSON WF-C869R.

After replaced the rollers of Epson WF-C869R shows the paper jam but no paper is stuck.

There must be some likely causes:

1. Paper feed sensor / sensor flag stuck or broken (very common)
2. Duplex unit sensor failure
3. Dust or ink blocking an optical sensor


What to replace or check:

1. Paper feed sensor assembly (first choice)
2. Duplex unit (if sensor is inside)
3. Clean all sensors with compressed air
