Epson WF-R8590 Event Logs

Hi all,

Is there anyway to get logs off a WF-R8590?
There is no log settings on the GUI
Having issue on the printer where no one can print and just a blue light flashing like there is a job in the queue.
The GUI says the printer is busy.

Restarting the printer might send through a few jobs that were in the queue and then it stops again.
