Can anyone help with this strange problem? I have an Epson Artisan 810 all-in-one which worked fine from Windows 7 until there was a paper jam. I cleared the jam according to the instructions, but then the printer refused to print. It just ejected blank sheets of paper.
I took the printer to an Epson repair shop, which checked it and said everything was OK. I took the printer home, reconnected it to my computer (USB direct) -- same trouble.
I decided to troubleshoot from the top, tried making a stand-alone copy -- again a blank sheet. I then cleaned the nozzle heads twice. When I tried to print the nozzle check, it showed up but very faintly. This indicates (I think) that the trouble lies with the printer itself.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
