Epson Work Force 4830 doesn't recognize new ink cartridges

I bought what I thought was a nice package of replacement cartridges for this printer. I think I made a mistake. They appear to be 3rd party cartridges. I ordered some Epson cartridges, but they won't be here until next week. Anyone know how I can get this printer to accept these cartridges? I have like 5 black ones and quite a few of the color ones, although I can't figure out where I put them at the moment. :-(
