Struggling to connect my XP-2100 to a wifi router. Follow all the instructions - hit wifi button until lights flash alternatively, hit WPS button and then wait until top light to the left comes permanently on. Problem is that both lights come permanently on. I haven't found any reference in any manual as to what this means. The printer still shows as offline. What is the problem?
