My above mentioned printer has stopped working on my Dell laptop, but continues to work on my wife's laptop which is the same model as mine. I have checked the driver which is up-to-date. The scanner still works. When I try to print I get "error" message , but no error number, or description of error.
I have tried uninstalling the printer, then reinstalling but this makes no difference. Any thoughts on what the problem might be?
