I have only had this printer for under three years and a message came up to say the ink pad was near its end, what can I do to replace it? Is it something I can do myself or, do I need to have it repaired by an engineer?
Thank you for replying to my post. I found information on changing the ink pad but it looked very difficult and very messy and you are correct in that I purchased the printer in June 2016, so not even three years old. It is very disappointing as I have always had Epson printers and they have lasted a lot longer than under three years.
