This printer has not seen a lot of use. I last printed from it 6 months ago with no issue, no one else has used it. Now when I print it only prints in blue and that is light. I've done everything I can possibly think of. I replaced all of the cartridges, cleaned the print head several times including after leaving it on for 6 hrs. I've tried adjusting the head alignment all to no avail. The ink levels show full. I am using genuine Epson ink cartridges that are the correct ones for the printer. The nozzle test only shows 3 boxes, I'd have thought 5 should be there. Any ideas on what to do?
