I am having issues with the printer queue clearing out. It keeps printing the same design regardless of the fact that I have made a new file, it's a different design, I have restarted all programs, the computer, unplugged the printer completely, made sure the print queue was empty (nothing waiting/paused) and STILL it prints I file that I sent on Monday. I even had the print queue open when I made a new file to print from and it showed the correct artwork in the thumbnail but printed the old file artwork. I am beyond frustrated and any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
