ET 2750 and Epson driver download Issue

Hi, New to the forum, please be patient.
Had the ET2750 for some time. Today I receive the "new driver available message". So go to the Epson download text box and start going through procdure, only to get " please connect printer and turn it on. The printer has already been on this morning, printed (working fine). Turn PC and printer off/on and get same error message. Any ideas as Epson customer support Eva is useless.

Hey, I’ve had that issue too. Try unplugging the printer for a few minutes and then plug it back in. Also, check if your USB or Wi-Fi connection is solid. Sometimes, reinstalling the driver manually from the Epson website helps. If it’s a USB printer, try a different port. Hope that helps!
