I am trying to scan multiple photos and have the output be multiple JPG files. When I look under the scanner properties the option is grayed out.
My printer firmware is current as well as the print driver on my PC
I removed the printer, and re-installed. After trying multiple options, I turned both the PC and printer off, and now I have two printers listed. One printer has the option to scan to separate files, and is listed as the default printer. But when I scan there is only one file.
Ideas?
