After a lot of use but only just into its first set of replacement ink bottles (Epson Genuine) our ET-2750 is now continually throwing its teddy out the pram.

From a state where its printing perfectly, after a pause in use, even as little as half a day idle, it will suddenly start going through the head and paper moves of printing, but no ink at all is applied to paper.

This is ALL colours missing! The tanks are refilled but not over full.

Doing a Power Clean gets it back printing perfectly well, but the lesser cleans do nothing.

Leave it for a few hours, (power on or off in between makes no difference) and its back to no ink being applied to paper until power cleaned again.

When it prints perfectly................ till after the next pause.

Help!!

I had problems with mine for ages after purchase. After much convincing there was a problem they eventually replaced.

My ET-2710 also in weird state since adding more ink for the first time.
It is no longer available on the wifi network, it will not even print the network setup info for which there is a button (can also be pressed during power on for fuller report) I get nothing happening at all.
When I power on I get steady green power light.
If I press power button again I get synchronised flashing of green-power + led next to local wifi print+orange led by ink drop.
If I press power again it goes off.

I cannot make a photocopy even (pressing the button that should do this).

I have no idea what this triple-power-on state is about. I cannot find any documentation of any of my symptoms and wonder if I am forgetting what it normally should do.

I'd almost say it is completely dead BUT I can plug in USB and print pages in either of the 2 on states. The print driver can also print head test patterns (which look like cyan has gone blocked now since the problem started).
However the various utility tools, updaters, firmware updaters all fail to find any printer at all via the USB connection that just printed fine.

Large parts of this are not dependant on a computer at all and look like firmware is damaged or buttons all failed together (unlikely).

Any idea how I can make progress with this???
Can you say anything about the power button responses?

Thanks for your time/thoughts!
