ET-3600 Fault code help

Hi I have an Epson ET-3600. Since a house move and not used for a while I am now getting fault code 031004. I can't find this fault code anywhere. Can anyone help. Head moves freely, the jets appear to be clear, I have filled the ink in the tanks.
