ET-4500 Banding on jpg photo only

Hi, I have a strange problem in that when I print a jpg image it come out with thick bands across it but if I take the same image and insert it as a picture in an Excel spreadsheet and then print it out, it prints out fine. Does not seem like a mechanical issue or I would expect the banding to appear on every page printed. Driver/Software setup? Any ideas? Brian

It's not a printer or driver issue. It's the image formats. Try to convert your jpg image into png and try again else use Excel spreadsheet.
